As their name implies they have a really soft texture which brings out the richness of the colour that, together with their nice wide colour strip, allows you to build up colour really quickly. Shipping

All items purchased are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 

Under standard conditions, domestic delivery will take 2 to 6 business days to arrive. Rural and remote areas will require an extended time of delivery due to distance and accessibility.

Should you be given a tracking number, please utilise said postage service tools to locate your item. Our customer service team is always on standby should any queries arise regarding the location of your parcel.

We cooperate with numerous couriers and shipping services to minimise your cost whilst maximising efficiency. 

International orders are more than welcomed. Our team may clarify addresses and postage costs to you before dispatch.

Please be advised postage is calculated by eBay ask that the buyer please confirms postage amounts before committing to purchase. 

We aim to dispatch all orders either same business day or the following. Should you wish to cancel an item that has not been shipped, no fees will be incurred. Cancellation of orders in transit will incur a 10% restocking fee once returned and excludes shipping cost. All return shipping is to be paid by buyer.

Returns

At officeOrganisers we understand your changes in situation and have adapted our operations to suit. We accept returns and cancellations on orders on the basis of the following and kindly ask you to please contact us ASAP:

- Change of mind and wish to cancel item before it is dispatched

- Product was damaged during shipping

- Valid Warranty claim on a product

Please kindly do not return items before receiving confirmation from our customer service team. All change of mind will incur a 10% restocking fee and any shipment costs. This also applies for orders currently in transit.
